What People Are Saying About CCA
"I am so pleased with how the children are progressing. The teachers are wonderful and give extra time to communicate with me when needed. Most appreciated. The teachers' concern about my children and their profession radiates through their teaching. Thank you!"
Mom of a 5th, 2nd and Kindergarten Student
"The reason I want to attend Cape Christian Academy is because of the great Christian education. In my old school, I couldn't think about God that much or preach without being punished. Here I can, and as a bonus, I can teach little ones the Word of God and its truth. Older students can pray with younger kids and help them understand prayer better. I like to help little kids because I like to help people understand praying."

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN
CAPE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY!
We welcome you to visit Cape Christian Academy. Our educational philosophy is centered on God's word. We offer small class sizes and caring teachers and students. We accept new students throughout the year. We would be happy to schedule a free educational consultation with your family to discuss schooling options and to see if CCA is a good fit for your children. Your child may also sit in on a class during your visit.
We are an open-enrollment school. New students may enter throughout the school year. There is a $125 Registration Fee for new students which is required when submitting paperwork. Returning students pay a tiered registration fee based on the date the student is re-registered. All families are strongly encouraged to come to the Spring Registration meeting held each March.
Enrolling your child at Cape Christian Academy requires entrance testing, registration, paperwork and annual tuition for each child. Entrance testing is required of all students entering Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten and all other new students as deemed necessary by the administrator. The cost of testing is $15.00 and does not commit you to matriculation. The purpose of entrance testing is to determine grade placement.
Please read over and fill out the application in full, enclose registration fees, and provide a copy of your child's birth certificate, last achievement test, and last report card upon registering. Pre-k and kindergarten students are required to have a Health History and Appraisal Card, (included in the application packet) completed by their child's pediatrician showing their up-to-date immunizations and a completed physical exam. After the school receives and reviews your child's application, you will be contacted to come in for a New Family Orientation. If your child is entering pre-k or kindergarten, a screening will be scheduled to determine your child's placement for the coming school year.
To be eligible for placement:
- K-3 students must be 3 years old by October 1st and potty-trained.
- Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old by October 1st.
- Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by October 1st.
- Students are required to meet readiness requirements during the screening process before acceptance.
- New 7-12th grade students are required to submit a 200 word essay with their application on "Why you want to continue your education at CCA?"
- New parents are required to meet with the administrator for an orientation meeting prior to acceptance.
New Registration Forms are available in March for the coming school year. If you are interested in enrolling your child(children), packets will be available through the school. We will be glad to meet with you and give you a tour of the school at any time.
Financial aid is available. Applications are available in March for new and returning families for the coming school year. Financial aid is limited and determined by need and awarded on a first come-first serve basis. It is recommended that applications be completed by April 15th to ensure availability. There is a small family fee payable to FACTS Aid.
Families may apply throughout the year for financial aid based on availability. You may contact the school to see if aid for the current school year is available. .
