Available Positions:

Early Learning Center (ELC) Teacher | Early Learning Center (ELC) Aide | Substitute Teachers

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour
  • Employment Types: Full-time or Part-time (up to 40 hours per week) | Schedule: 10 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, 4 hour shifts.
  • Benefits: Professional development assistance and tuition reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage children in an Early Learning Center
  • Help create and implement engaging lessons and activities
  • Teach through play and hands on experiences
  • Adhere to established teaching curriculum
  • Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
  • Document daily activities and behavior
  • Maintain the health and safety of all children

Qualifications:

  • Love of Children and desire to work with them
  • Previous experience in teaching or other educational fields a plus
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Christian Role Model

Administrative Team Opportunity

We are also seeking qualified candidates to join our administration team, working alongside a committed group of educators in a faith-based environment. Candidates should be:

  • Active members of a Christian church, dedicated to Christian faith and principles
  • Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field
  • Experienced in school administration (minimum two years) or have five years of full-time teaching experience
  • Excellent in organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with an ability to manage time effectively
  • Knowledgeable in education policies, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to inspire and lead staff and students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and engaging environment for students
  • Develop and implement creative, hands-on lessons and activities
  • Teach through play and interactive experiences
  • Follow established teaching curriculum and best practices
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care
  • Document daily activities and student behavior

Qualifications:

  • Passion for working with children and helping them grow
  • Previous teaching or educational experience (preferred)
  • Strong classroom management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Christian role model, actively living out your faith
  • Ability to build a rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
